Tuesday morning before my family left, we had arranged for my mom & dad to take Atticus to his preschool & do story-time together. Mom & Dad regularly do story-time in Potosi where my mom is the town librarian, but this was very special for (me &) Atticus, for them to do something so simple but involved them in his day-to-day life. I am so thankful for my mom arranging a substitute for her at work & for my dad taking an extra day off to be able to do this for Atticus.
