| Brad's mom and dad took Atticus & Dietrich for a three-day weekend! Because of Brad's "scheduled procedure" we thought it might be a good idea to lessen the chaos for a few days. The boys had so much fun with their grandparents and cousin Max -- bike rides, the park, a place like Chuck E. Cheese, an apple orchard, and such. And Brad & I had such a relaxing weekend with the two little kids -- truly felt like a vacation. Thank you, Nancy & Tom!! And Brad is doing great -- he says, "No big deal." -- What a stud. |

There are no words for the beauty that is your precious daughter! Her name suits her so well :)
Actually, did I mention Mado's reaction to her announcement? She just kept looking at it and saying over and over how beautiful she is. Then when she saw the note about her name she kept saying it was perfect. :) It was really sweet!
Glad your man is part of the club now, and glad he wasn't as dramatic as mine was ;)

Thank you for liking the announcement, Laura -- it was so fun to make (i have had it designed for three years (-: not knowing if I would get to use it -- i had a 4th boy one designed too, just in case). I am especially glad it made Madeleine happy)
p.s. Laura -- I'm glad Brad was so low-key about it too -- for his sake & also because I am a very bad nursemaid.
